Visa Applies License to Replace Cash with Cryptocurrency To Improve Payment’s Ecosystem.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) published a statement filed by Visa International Service Association on Nov. 8, 2019.
“The central entity computer causes removal of the physical currency from circulation in a fiat currency system.”
Likely, this payment ecosystem may become 100% digital and “cash may be removed from the markets in a frictionless manner” to improve the payment ecosystem. “Users may hold digital currency with the same denomination as the local physical currency.”
Once the digital fiat currency is issued, “A user or bank may transfer the digital currency from wallet to wallet or store the digital currency on a smart card and transfer the smart card to another entity.”

Google Chrome Extensions Out Stealing Your Cryptos?

Over 60 Chrome browser extensions have been stealing private keys from the cryptocurrency wallets of users, Harry Denley revealed. Denley is a security researcher and director of security at MyCrypto, an open-source tool for generating ether wallets and handling ERC-20 tokens.
In April, Denley reported that 49 fake Chrome browser extensions were posing as legitimate cryptocurrency wallet extensions. These fake extensions had in them malicious code that stole non-public keys, mnemonic phrases, and keystore information.
Earlier this week, Denley and his team reported another 22 fraudulent extensions. Most of these have since been removed by Chrome.

The years of drama with the U.S Securities is finally over! After the dispute over its distribution of its own digital currency gram, Telegram is calling quits.
“Telegram’s active involvement with TON is over,” wrote Durov
It seems like Telegram have decided to officially step away from the crypto community, there are currently no plans if they will ever work with the crypto industry in the future for the time being.

JPMorgan Extends Its Banking Services to Bitcoin Exchanges

JPMorgan has now agreed to take on two Bitcoin supported exchanges as clients for assets storage in a move to show that the company getting more comfortable with the blockchain innovation
The firm added Coinbase Inc. and Gemini Trust Co. as the first two customers in its corporate and investment bank on April 12, and will primarily be helping the virtual exchanges manage cash in the U.S., however, JPMorgan won’t be handling any cryptocurrency transactions.
