Coinhouse is one step closer to getting banking services in France! The next step to receiving a registration, Coinhouse will have to prove its capability of freezing assets and making funds available in the case of any proven fraud. This means that they now have to hire a compliance controller to detect suspicious financial activity and prove it can work with security blockchain analysis. The firm is now raising equity and integrating risk warnings with KYC, investment disclaimers and other legal documents to make their bid for a French crypto license. If all are well, the regulator will begin issuing licenses by September 2020.
